#Nastrack charged into Bristol Motor Speedway friday night as drivers hoped for hot track temperatures to improve handling and lap times. When the green dropped it was a cool spring day with a 55 degree track temperature that would challenge the drivers to prevent loose cars from spinning. What a wild night of racing it was that saw 3 quick cautions almost back to back as the field was taught a quick lesson by the 1/2 miler.
- With several cars charging hard toward the end, Outlaw held off a hard charging Boss to take the win. The top lap speed was put up by TMC with a
quick 14.067. 9 of the 15 starters finsihed on the lead lap with 3 drivers falling out due to failure and 3 cars caught down 1 or more laps. The points battle gets interesting now and many drivers are stepping up the competition. The points battle is extremely tight in 2nd through 10th spots. Big movers this week were Outlaw who gained +4 spots and Noles_Fan +3 spots. We move on to Martinsville for a drag race with flat corners which should prove for another great short track event. Great race by all! Good win Outlaw!!
