#Nineteen race teams loaded up the Nastrack team haulers and showed up in the deep south for the second restrictor plate race of the season. The 88 car of Richard snatched the pole with a 50.035 after a strong week of practice that had left the field searching for what gear package to run. As the green dropped the field wasted no time going into action battleing for position and searching for a drafting partner.
- Noles "Raybestos" brake package would fail causing a spin on pit road on the first cycle stop of the night, collecting Jayman creating "mini havoc" on pit road as a smokecreen blurred drivers views. The spin left Jayman as a defenseless target as he was tagged head on ending his night and left Noles looking for the nearest Hallmark store. Ten drivers would lead during the new "Two Stop" format that really made the racing strategy new and exciting. Five car fields would break away most of the night seeing Richard, TMC, J-Dogg, Pimp, and Outlaw being the cars to catch. In the end TMC would lead the all important final lap and take his second win of the season! Great job by all our members as over 80% of the race was raced under Green flag conditions. Nastrack heads for Darlington this week. Great win TMC and great driving guys!
